欢迎使用 Filmix！在使用 Filmix 服务前，请您务必认真阅读并充分理解本协议以及配套的《隐私政策》。当您通过 Apple ID 或 Filmix 允许的其他方式登录/使用本服务，即表示您已阅读、理解并同意接受本协议的全部条款。
本协议由通过 Filmix 移动客户端、网页端或其他方式使用 Filmix 服务的个人用户（"用户/您"）与 洛阳创新软件有限公司（"Filmix""我们"）共同缔结。
2.1 本协议包括正文及 Filmix 已发布或将来发布的各项政策、规则、公告、提示（统称"规则"），包括但不限于《隐私政策》。前述规则为本协议不可分割的组成部分，与本协议具有同等法律效力。
2.2 我们有权根据业务与法律要求对本协议及相关规则进行修订，并通过应用内公告或页面提示予以公示。修订后，若您继续使用服务，即视为您接受修改后的内容；如您不同意，可停止使用并按流程注销账户。
3.1 服务概述
Filmix 为用户提供个人影视库管理相关功能，包括但不限于：影视资源识别、重命名与结构化整理、元数据刮削、云端托管与自动化入库、跨设备同步、数据可视化与资产分析等。
Filmix 本身不上传/下载/复制/分发/提供影视内容，也不对用户文件内容进行编辑；Filmix 的核心是对用户自有或合法授权的影视文件进行"组织与管理"。
3.2 第三方播放器/服务授权（类 Emby 场景）
在您主动授权的情况下，Filmix 可通过二维码登录、令牌授权或其他机制，向第三方播放器或服务（如 vidhub 等）提供访问您影视库的必要接口（例如海报墙、媒体索引、路径映射等），以便您在第三方播放器中观看您自己的影视库。您可在 Filmix 内撤销授权或过期失效后终止访问。
3.3 账号与跨端
您可在符合条件的终端上使用同一账号登录 Filmix 并享受相应能力。我们可能根据版本/设备/地区对功能进行差异化呈现或阶段性测试（Beta/灰度）。
3.4 服务变更
我们可根据业务需要对服务或其任何部分进行变更、升级、暂停或终止，并以合理方式进行通知。
4.1 登录方式：Filmix 目前以 Apple ID 登录为主要方式。我们仅获取 Apple 提供的必要信息（如与账号关联的唯一标识、可用邮箱），不获取其他 Apple 账户数据。
4.2 主体资格：您应具备完全民事行为能力；若不具备，请在监护人同意与监督下使用。
4.3 账号使用：账号所有权归 Filmix 所有，您仅享有限定、不可转让、不可再许可的使用权；不得出借、转让、售卖或与他人共享。
4.4 安全义务：请妥善保管您的设备与登录凭证。因您的保管不善导致的责任与损失由您自行承担。
4.5 设备限制：同一账号可能设有设备数量、并发或频控等限制，具体以产品页面/公告为准。
4.6 账号注销：您可按流程申请注销账号。注销完成后，我们将按《隐私政策》删除与账号相关的云端存储数据。
5.1 云端托管与端到端加密
为实现跨设备同步、自动整理与刮削入库等功能，Filmix 会在您同意后将原存于本地或 iCloud 的影视库源配置信息迁移至 Filmix 账号体系下的云端服务器；传输与存储采用端到端加密，Filmix 无法直接查看您的明文数据。
5.2 数据分析与可视化
Filmix 可基于您的影视库配置信息与托管数据，为您提供收藏统计、清晰度/版本分布、入/出库趋势等个人可视化分析，并仅向您本人展示，不用于广告投放或与第三方共享。
5.3 用户控制
您可在应用中对影视库源与配置信息进行新增、修改与删除；您也可随时撤销对第三方播放器/服务的授权。
6.1 许可范围：我们授予您非独占、不可转让、可撤销的个人使用许可，仅限为合法的非商业用途。
6.2 禁止行为：您承诺不从事包括但不限于以下行为：

如您违反上述条款，Filmix 有权立即采取措施，包括但不限于：

7.1 为提供云端托管、元数据刮削、数据存储与分析等功能，Filmix 可能接入第三方服务（如云服务商、数据库、元数据库/TMDB 等）。
7.2 当您主动授权第三方播放器或服务访问您的影视库时，Filmix 将依您授权范围提供必要接口。您可随时撤销授权。
7.3 第三方服务由相应第三方独立提供和承担责任，Filmix 对第三方的可用性、安全性、合法性不作保证；因第三方服务导致的争议或损失，由您与该第三方自行处理。
8.1 Filmix 及其相关软件、页面、UI、文案、图形标识与底层技术的知识产权归 Filmix 或其权利人所有。
8.2 未经书面许可，您不得复制、修改、传播、镜像、出售或以其他方式利用 Filmix 的任何内容、代码或标识。
8.3 由您使用 Filmix 对自有或合法授权的影视文件进行命名、整理、索引与元数据匹配所形成的目录结构与索引信息，在不侵犯任何第三方权利的前提下，归您所有。
9.1 Filmix 提供免费功能与会员/增值服务两类模式，具体权益、价格、期限与限制以应用内展示为准。
9.2 iOS 的订阅/付费通过 Apple 的应用内购买（IAP） 处理；续订、取消与退款应遵循 Apple 的规则（如在 iOS 设置中管理订阅、退款由 Apple 审核处理）。
9.3 我们可能根据业务与市场情况调整价格、权益与计费方式，并以合理方式通知。
9.4 您还应自行承担上网、流量与第三方通信费用。
10.1 您应确保对导入 Filmix 的影视文件、路径与配置拥有合法的权利或授权；Filmix 不对您的文件内容进行审核。
10.2 因您违反法律、侵害第三方权利或违背本协议造成的一切后果（含投诉、索赔、罚款、损失等），由您自行承担，并赔偿 Filmix 因此遭受的损失与费用（含合理律师费）。
11.1 Filmix 按"现状"与"可获得"提供服务，不对服务持续性、无错误、兼容性或适配特定目的作出任何明示或默示担保。
11.2 在法律允许的最大范围内，Filmix 对因包括但不限于网络故障、第三方服务异常、不可抗力、安全事件、数据加密限制或系统维护而导致的服务中断、数据不同步、功能受限或收益损失不承担责任。
11.3 在任何情况下，Filmix 对您因使用服务所产生的任何间接、附带、惩罚性或后果性损害不承担责任；即便在直接损失范围内，Filmix 的累计赔偿责任亦以您在争议发生当月所支付的当期实际服务费为上限（免费用户为 0 元），法律另有强制规定的除外。
12.1 您有权随时停止使用或注销账号。
12.2 出现下列情形之一，Filmix 可中止或终止向您提供部分或全部服务：
13.1 Filmix 向您发出的通知，可通过应用内公告、弹窗、站内信、电子邮件、短信等方式送达，自发送之日视为已送达。
13.2 您向 Filmix 发出的通知，请通过应用内"意见与反馈"或 support@filmixpro.com 联系我们。
14.1 本协议的订立、效力、履行、解释与争议解决适用中华人民共和国法律。
14.2 因本协议引起的或与本协议有关的争议，双方应先友好协商；协商不成的，任一方均可向被告住所地有管辖权的人民法院提起诉讼。
15.1 如本协议任何条款被认定为无效或不可执行，不影响其余条款的效力。
15.2 未行使或延迟行使本协议项下的权利，不视为权利之放弃。
15.3 Filmix 可基于经营需要，将本协议项下权利义务整体转让给关联公司，并以合理方式通知您。

Welcome to Filmix! Please read these Terms carefully before using the Service. By signing in with Apple ID or otherwise accessing Filmix, you agree to be bound by these Terms and the accompanying Privacy Policy.
These Terms are between you (the "User") and Luoyang Innovation Software Co., Ltd. ("Filmix," "we").
These Terms include the main body and all rules, policies, and notices posted by Filmix (collectively, the "Rules"), including the Privacy Policy. We may update the Terms or Rules and notify you in-app. Continued use constitutes acceptance; otherwise, you may stop using and delete your account.
Filmix provides personal media-library management features: identification, renaming and structuring, metadata scraping, cloud hosting with automated ingestion, cross-device sync, and library analytics. Filmix does not upload/download/distribute media content; we only help organize your own or lawfully authorized files.
Third-Party Player Authorization (Emby-like):
Upon your explicit authorization, Filmix may expose necessary interfaces (e.g., poster wall, media index) to third-party players/services (e.g., via QR login or tokens) so that you can watch your own library there. You can revoke authorization in Filmix at any time.
Apple ID login as primary method; only minimal data accessed.
Accounts are personal, non-transferable, non-licensable.
Misuse (sharing, reselling, lending) prohibited.
To enable sync and automated organization, Filmix may migrate your library source configuration from local/iCloud to Filmix cloud under end-to-end encryption; Filmix cannot view your plaintext.
We may provide personal analytics/visualization (e.g., collections, resolution/version distribution) shown only to you and not used for ads nor shared with third parties.
If you opt out of cloud features, some functionalities may be limited or unavailable.
We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license for personal, non-commercial use.
Prohibited actions include but are not limited to:
Violations: Filmix may suspend or terminate your account, restrict functions, and pursue legal remedies.
We may integrate third-party services (cloud, databases, metadata sources). When you authorize third-party players/services, Filmix will provide access within your granted scope; you may revoke at any time. Third-party services are provided by their respective providers, who are responsible for their services.
Filmix software, UI, code, designs, and related IP belong to Filmix or its licensors. Without written permission, you may not reproduce, modify, distribute, or mirror any part of Filmix.
Directory structures and index information derived from your lawful files belong to you, provided no third-party rights are infringed.
Filmix offers free and premium features. Pricing/benefits/limits are shown in-app and may change.
iOS purchases and subscription management/refunds are handled by Apple under its rules (manage in iOS settings; refunds subject to Apple's review).
You are responsible for your internet and telecom fees.
You must have the lawful right to the files and paths you organize via Filmix. You are solely responsible for your content and any consequences arising therefrom, and you shall indemnify Filmix against claims/losses caused by your violations.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." Filmix makes no warranties of uninterrupted, error-free operation or fitness for a particular purpose.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Filmix is not liable for indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages; Filmix's aggregate liability for direct damages shall not exceed the fees you paid for the Service in the month of the event (0 for free users), unless mandatory laws require otherwise.
You may stop using or delete your account at any time. Filmix may suspend/terminate services if you seriously violate laws or these Terms, upon regulatory/judicial requests, or due to business adjustments (with reasonable notice where feasible).
We may notify you via in-app announcements, messages, emails, SMS, etc. Your notices to us shall be sent via the in-app feedback channel or support@filmixpro.com.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Disputes shall be submitted to the competent court at the defendant's domicile after amicable negotiation fails.
If any provision is held invalid, the remaining provisions remain in effect. No delay or failure to exercise rights constitutes a waiver. Filmix may assign these Terms to an affiliate with reasonable notice.
