Filmix（以下简称"我们"）非常重视您的个人信息和隐私保护。本隐私政策旨在向您说明我们在您使用本应用时如何收集、存储、使用和保护您的信息。请您在使用 Filmix 服务前仔细阅读并确认您已充分理解本政策的内容。使用 Filmix 服务即表示您同意本隐私政策。

为提供更好的体验，我们可能会收集以下类型的信息：

  • 账号信息：Filmix 使用 Apple ID 登录作为主要方式。我们仅会获取 Apple 提供的必要信息（如与账号关联的唯一标识、邮箱），不会获取您的其他 Apple 账户信息。
  • 影视库配置信息：包括您在应用中添加的影视库源路径、访问配置等，用于提供整理、刮削、同步和跨设备使用功能。
  • 设备信息和日志数据：如 IP 地址、设备型号、操作系统版本、使用时间、错误日志等，用于改进服务与排查问题。
  • 数据分析用途：基于您上传的影视库配置信息和托管数据，我们可能为您提供影视库数据分析与可视化（如收藏统计、版本分布、清晰度分布等），仅向您本人展示，不会用于广告或与第三方共享。

收集这些信息的目的仅限于：

  • 提供影视库整理、刮削、云端托管及同步功能；
  • 提升服务体验与稳定性；
  • 提供影视库数据分析功能；
  • 满足法律法规要求。

二、数据存储与安全 / Data Storage and Security

存储位置：

您的影视库配置信息和账号数据将存储在 Filmix 提供的云端服务器。

安全措施：

  • 数据传输与存储均采用端到端加密。
  • 我们无法直接查看您的明文影视源数据。
  • 我们采用合理的技术与管理措施保护您的数据安全，但请您理解，任何互联网传输或电子存储方式都无法保证 100% 安全。

三、Cookies / Cookies

本服务本身不直接使用 Cookies。但应用可能包含使用 Cookies 的第三方代码或库，用于改进服务。您可以选择拒绝 Cookies，但部分功能可能无法正常使用。

四、服务提供商与第三方授权 / Service Providers and Third-Party Authorization

我们可能会聘请第三方服务提供商（如云存储、数据库或 API 服务商）以便：

  • 提供云端存储和刮削功能；
  • 协助我们改进服务与数据分析。

当您主动选择通过扫码登录或其他方式，将影视库授权给第三方应用（如播放器）时，我们会根据您的授权提供必要接口。未经您的主动授权，我们不会向第三方共享您的影视库数据。

所有第三方均不得将您的信息用于本政策未说明的其他目的。

五、用户权利 / User Rights

您在 Filmix 中享有以下权利：

  • 管理数据：您可以在应用中对影视库源和配置信息进行新增、修改和删除。
  • 删除账号：您可以随时注销 Filmix 账号并删除与账号相关的云端存储数据。删除完成后，我们将不再保留相关数据。
  • 控制选择：部分功能依赖于云端存储。如您选择不启用云端功能，您仍可使用部分本地功能，但体验可能受限。

Privacy Policy (English Version)

Filmix ("we") values your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, store, use, and protect your personal information when you use our services. By using Filmix, you agree to this Privacy Policy.

1. Information Collection and Use

We may collect the following types of information:

  • Account Information: Filmix uses Apple ID login as the primary authentication method. We only access the necessary information provided by Apple (such as a unique identifier and email address) and do not obtain any other Apple account data.
  • Library Configuration Data: Media source paths and access settings you add in the app, used for organizing, scraping, synchronization, and cross-device usage.
  • Device Information & Log Data: IP address, device model, OS version, usage time, and error logs, used to improve stability.
  • Data Analysis: Based on your library configuration and hosted data, Filmix may provide you with data analysis and visualization (e.g., collection statistics, version distribution, resolution distribution). These results are only shown to you and are not shared with third parties or used for advertising.

We collect this information solely to:

  • Provide library organization, scraping, cloud hosting, and sync services;
  • Improve service quality and stability;
  • Offer library data analysis features;
  • Comply with legal obligations.

2. Data Storage and Security

Storage Location: Your library configuration and account data are stored on Filmix's cloud servers.

Security Measures:

  • All transmissions and storage are end-to-end encrypted.
  • We cannot directly access your plain-text library data.
  • While we take commercially reasonable safeguards, no method of internet transmission or electronic storage is 100% secure.

3. Cookies

Filmix does not directly use cookies. However, third-party libraries integrated into the app may use cookies to improve their services. You may refuse cookies, but some features may not function properly.

4. Service Providers and Third-Party Authorization

We may engage third-party providers (e.g., cloud storage, database, or API services) to:

  • Enable cloud hosting and scraping features;
  • Assist us in analytics and service improvements.

When you voluntarily authorize third-party applications (such as media players) to access your Filmix library via QR code login or other methods, we will provide the necessary interface according to your authorization. We will not share your library data with any third party without your consent.

All third parties are contractually prohibited from using your data for any purposes not stated in this policy.

5. User Rights

You have the following rights:

  • Manage Data: Add, modify, and delete your library sources and configurations within the app.
  • Delete Account: You may delete your Filmix account at any time, and all related cloud data will be removed.
  • Control & Choice: Some features require cloud storage. If you opt out, you may continue to use certain local functions, though with limited experience.

6. Children's Privacy

Filmix is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe your child has provided us with personal data, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Significant changes will be notified in-app or via announcements. Updates take effect immediately upon posting.
